    Points for Attention Regarding Member Check-in:

  1. Guests who require VAT refund are asked to arrive at Huan Yu VIP Terminal 1 hour and half before departure. For other airline check-in regulations, please refer to the corresponding websites.
  2. The center is located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, in the North D1 security control area. Advance application must be made for a temporary personnel and vehicle pass for the guest’s driver and vehicle, to be presented for inspection at aviation-police control points. Guests are asked to ensure, before setting out on the day of departure, that the driver brings original copies of personal identity documents, driver’s license, and vehicle registration, for control-point verification.
  3. In the event of any change regarding driver or vehicle for departure/arrival guests, please notify the center as soon as possible, to ensure smooth procedure of guest upon arrival at the center.
  4. Processing of VIP guest travel documents; courtesy clearance services will be deemed to have been completed if problems with travel documents interfere with onward travel or if a flight reservation is cancelled within 3 hours of scheduled departure.
  5. Taoyuan International Airport Service Co., Ltd. and Evergreen Airline Service are appointed by Huan Yu VIP Terminal for luggage handling. Guests are asked to check the exterior appearance and the contents before the luggage has been checked on flight or before leaving Huan Yu VIP Terminal when guests using arrival service. As soon as you determine that your baggage has been damaged, please contact Huan Yu VIP Terminal personnel for repair and claim service. Guests are strongly recommended to entitle his own baggage when check-in. Huan Yu VIP Terminal is deemed authorized to inquire checked-in baggage information on behalf of the applicants once the fast track services are made.
  6. VAT refund service: On day of departure, guests can present tax-refund merchandise, tax refund slips, and invoices at center for processing.

    For Departure : When using Huan Yu’s business VIP customs clearance service, guests should obey the R.O.C. Civil Aviation Security Act and customs Departure/ Arrival clearance regulations. If losses of personal property, items or personal injury result from failure to obey the aforementioned law and regulations, this center will bear no liability for compensation.

    For Arrival : Guests are asked to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and not bring any controlled or restricted items into the country. If concrete evidence of any violations is discovered, the center reserves the right to cancel any applications for courtesy Arrival/Departure clearance. If while abroad a guest has visited a livestock or poultry operation, or any location suffering an outbreak of infectious disease, the center’s concierge reception personnel will, in accordance with Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine rules, escort the guest to the inspection and quarantine facilities in Terminal 2.
